These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Dimensional Loop websites, free online tools, software, products and related services, including UPMXS (Universal Project Memory Exchange System).
By accessing or using a Dimensional Loop website or tool, or by downloading, installing, accessing or purchasing Dimensional Loop software or services, you agree to these Terms.
Additional terms or notices may apply to a particular product, tool or service where expressly stated.
Business Operator
Dimensional Loop is a trading name operated by Robin Sharma, an individual/sole proprietor based in India.
UPMXS and other Dimensional Loop products and services are developed and offered under the Dimensional Loop brand. Payments for UPMXS and other paid products may be processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record or by another payment provider identified at checkout.
1. About Dimensional Loop Services
Dimensional Loop develops and provides software, digital products, online tools and related services.
These may include free browser-based utilities, productivity tools, publishing and image tools, software applications, project-memory systems and other products or services that may be introduced from time to time.
Some tools may process information entirely within your browser, while other current or future services may require server processing, external services or third-party integrations. Where appropriate, information about such processing will be provided through the relevant tool, service or Privacy Notice.
2. Free Tools
Dimensional Loop may provide certain online tools without charge.
Free Tools may include utilities for images, documents, publishing, calculations, conversions, validation, productivity or other purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, access to a Free Tool does not create a paid subscription, software license or entitlement to continued availability of that tool.
Dimensional Loop may improve, modify, replace, limit or discontinue Free Tools from time to time.
3. Tool Results, Calculations and Automated Checks
Dimensional Loop tools may perform calculations, conversions, resizing, formatting, validation, specification checks or other automated processing.
We work to make these tools useful and accurate, but automated results should be reviewed before they are relied upon for publishing, printing, production, commercial submission or other important purposes.
A result described as "verified", "ready", "compatible" or similar means only that the output satisfied the checks performed by that particular Dimensional Loop tool. It does not constitute certification or approval by an independent third party.
You remain responsible for confirming that an output is appropriate for your intended use.
4. Third-Party Platforms and Requirements
Some Dimensional Loop tools may help users prepare content for third-party platforms, marketplaces, printers, publishers or services.
References to third-party specifications or platforms are provided for convenience and do not imply that Dimensional Loop is affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of those third parties unless expressly stated.
Third-party requirements may change and may involve criteria that are not checked by a particular Dimensional Loop tool.
For example, an image tool may verify selected dimensions, resolution or aspect-ratio handling, but such verification does not guarantee that Amazon KDP or another publishing, printing or distribution service will accept or approve a book, image or other submission.
You are responsible for reviewing the current requirements of any third-party service you intend to use.
5. Your Files, Content and Rights
You retain ownership of the images, documents, project information and other content that you use with Dimensional Loop products and tools.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions and authority to upload, import, store, modify, convert, export or otherwise process that content.
You must not use Dimensional Loop products or services to process or distribute content in violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.
6. Local Browser Processing
Certain Dimensional Loop Free Tools may process selected files locally within your web browser.
Where a tool expressly states that processing occurs locally, the files selected for that processing are not intentionally uploaded to Dimensional Loop servers as part of the tool's processing operation.
This local-processing statement applies only to tools that expressly identify themselves as operating locally. It should not be interpreted as a statement that every current or future Dimensional Loop service operates entirely within the browser.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- use Dimensional Loop products, tools or services for unlawful or fraudulent activities;
- interfere with, damage, overload or disrupt Dimensional Loop websites, infrastructure or services;
- attempt to bypass security, licensing, access-control or technical restrictions;
- use automated methods in a manner that unreasonably burdens or interferes with a Dimensional Loop service; or
- copy, redistribute or commercially exploit proprietary Dimensional Loop software except where expressly permitted by Dimensional Loop or applicable law.
8. About UPMXS
UPMXS (Universal Project Memory Exchange System) is software designed to help users create, organize, preserve and transfer structured project memory and project context.
UPMXS may include features for project knowledge, documents, assets, relationships, project progress, controlled updates, history, restoration and AI continuation or handoff.
9. UPMXS 11-Day Full-Access Free Trial
UPMXS Personal includes an 11-day full-access free trial.
The trial allows you to evaluate the software, its features, compatibility and suitability for your needs before deciding whether to purchase a license.
At the end of the trial, continued licensed use of UPMXS requires purchase of an applicable license.
10. UPMXS Personal License
UPMXS Personal is currently offered for a one-time purchase. It is not a recurring subscription.
Purchasing UPMXS Personal grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with these Terms.
Purchase of a license does not transfer ownership of UPMXS, its source code, trademarks or other intellectual property to you.
11. UPMXS License Activation
UPMXS may use license keys, activation records or similar technical measures to verify that the software is being used under a valid license.
You must not attempt to bypass, disable, modify or circumvent licensing or activation mechanisms.
12. UPMXS Permitted Use
You may use UPMXS for your own lawful personal projects and project-memory workflows, subject to the license purchased.
You may not:
- sell, sublicense, rent or redistribute your UPMXS license;
- share a license key in a manner not permitted by your license;
- circumvent licensing or security mechanisms;
- use UPMXS for unlawful or fraudulent activities; or
- copy or distribute UPMXS itself except where expressly permitted by Dimensional Loop or applicable law.
13. UPMXS Projects and Content
You retain ownership of the project information, documents, images and other content that you create or import into UPMXS.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content that you import, store, export or process using UPMXS.
14. AI Services and Third-Party Providers
UPMXS and other Dimensional Loop products or services may allow you to exchange information with artificial-intelligence systems or other third-party services.
Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, availability and technical limitations. Dimensional Loop does not control the operation or output of independent third-party AI services.
You are responsible for reviewing information before sending it to an external AI or third-party service.
15. Backups and Important Files
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important project files, images, documents and other information.
Although Dimensional Loop products may help create, preserve, convert or manage digital information, no software, browser, device or storage system can guarantee against every possible form of data loss, corruption, hardware failure, browser failure or user error.
16. Software Updates and Support
Dimensional Loop may provide bug fixes, maintenance updates, improvements or other software updates for UPMXS or other products from time to time at its discretion.
Purchase of a UPMXS Personal license does not include or guarantee lifetime updates, lifetime upgrades, lifetime technical support, or access to all future versions of UPMXS.
Certain updates may be provided without additional charge, while major versions, new products, premium features or separately offered services may require an additional purchase or separate license.
The availability, scope and duration of technical support may change over time. Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, a UPMXS license does not include a commitment to unlimited or lifetime technical support.
Free Tools are provided without a guarantee of individual technical support, continued availability or future updates. Users may nevertheless report problems or submit feedback through the Dimensional Loop Support & Feedback page.
Nothing in this section limits any support, remedy or software update that must be provided under applicable law.
17. Payments
Payments for UPMXS and other paid Dimensional Loop products or services may be processed by Paddle, our authorized payment provider and Merchant of Record, or by another payment provider identified at checkout.
When a payment provider processes a transaction, the purchase may also be subject to that provider's applicable checkout terms, buyer terms, payment requirements and policies.
18. Refunds
Free Tools do not involve a purchase and therefore do not create a right to a monetary refund.
Refund terms for paid Dimensional Loop products or services may vary depending on the applicable product, offer, payment provider and applicable law.
UPMXS Personal provides an 11-day full-access trial so that you can evaluate the software before purchasing.
Because this evaluation period is provided before purchase, completed UPMXS Personal purchases are generally considered final, subject to applicable law and the policies of our authorized payment provider.

19. Intellectual Property
Dimensional Loop, UPMXS, Dimensional Loop Free Tools, associated software, source code, branding, designs, documentation and other proprietary materials are owned by Dimensional Loop or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Dimensional Loop intellectual property to you or grants permission to use Dimensional Loop names, trademarks, branding or proprietary materials except as necessary to use the applicable product or service as intended.
20. Availability and Warranty Disclaimer
Dimensional Loop websites, Free Tools, software, products and services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We work to provide reliable products and tools, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every browser, device, operating system, file type or third-party service, or suitable for every particular purpose.
Outputs may also be affected by the quality, format, characteristics or limitations of the source material provided by the user.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dimensional Loop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use Dimensional Loop websites, Free Tools, software, products or services.
This includes, to the extent permitted by law, losses arising from reliance on automated output, unsuccessful third-party submissions, loss of files or data, or incompatibility with third-party platforms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
22. Suspension and Termination
Access to a Dimensional Loop product or service may be suspended or terminated where a user materially violates these Terms, misuses the service, engages in fraud, interferes with the operation of the service, or circumvents licensing or security mechanisms.
23. Changes to Products and Services
Dimensional Loop may modify, improve, replace or discontinue features, Free Tools, software or services from time to time.
Where legally required, changes affecting purchased products or existing consumer rights will remain subject to applicable law.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Dimensional Loop products, Free Tools, services, business practices or legal requirements change.
The current version will be published on the Dimensional Loop website with its latest revision date.
